Summary:The invention relates to a pressing die for far-infrared heating chips of an electric heating air conditioner. The pressing die comprises an upper die (1) and a lower die (2), the upper die (1) comprises an upper die guide hole (2), and the lower die (2) comprises a lower die guide hole (2). The pressing method of the pressing die comprises the steps of sleeving a heating chip on the lower die (2); putting a piece of release paper on the heating chip; covering another heating chip on the release paper, wherein a plurality of heating chips can be loaded and the release paper is put between adjacent heating chips; finally sleeving on the upper die (1); and sending the die into a thermocompressor for heating and pressuring treatment. The pressing die for the far-infrared heating chips of the electric heating air conditioner has high efficiency and relatively good pressing and sealing effect.
