Summary: | The present invention relates to a process for preparing a liquid fermentation feed from distiller's grains. According to the process, raw materials are mixed according to a certain ratio, wherein the raw materials comprise, by weight, 40-60% of corn, 20-40% of soybean meal, 10-20% of sodium bicarbonate, 5-10% of minerals, 2-4% of trace elements, and 1% of probiotics; the raw material are crushed, and are subjected to mixing and bagging according to the ratio; distiller's grain wet residue and a distiller's grain concentrated slurry are mixed according to a mass ratio of 1:1-1.5, and then are subjected to sealing storage, wherein a storage life is more than 6 months; and the obtained two materials are mixed according to a mass ratio of 1:3-5, water is added to adjust the pH value of the obtained material C to achieve the pH value of 6-7, and placement fermentation is performed for 4-8 h to obtain the fermentation feed. |
