Summary: | The invention discloses a manufacturing method for a super hydrophobic surface. Firstly, surface micrometer pit rough treatment is conducted on a surface of a basic body of titanium and titanium alloy, aluminum and aluminum alloy or resin matrix composite material and the diameter of each pit is 2 to 10 micrometers, then 2 to 4wt.% ethanol solution of fluorocarbon varnish with effective fluorine content larger than 35% is adopted to conduct low surface energy material modification on the surface of the basic body after micrometer pit treatment, and pattern-shaped protruding structures at nanoscale formed by solidification of the fluorocarbon material are distributed all over the surface after the modification. After the surface is exposed in air for 16 weeks, a static contact angle of the surface towards pure water is respectively larger than 150 degrees and long time effective hydrophobicity is achieved.
