Summary: | The invention relates to a method for preparing an La2O3/gamma-Al2O3 composite product by a combustion process. By controlling the raw material proportioning and solution pH value in combination with setting calcination temperature after self-propagating combustion and constant-temperature calcination time, the puffy powder La2O3/gamma-Al2O3 composite product can be prepared. The raw materials are Al(NO3)3.9H2O3, La(NO3)3.6H2O and C6H8O7.H2O. The method comprises the following steps: mixing Al(NO3)3.9H2O3, La(NO3)3.6H2O and C6H8O7.H2O in a mol ratio of 1:(0.01-0.07):(1-3) in a ceramic crucible, and adding a proper amount of distilled water; and after heating the mixed solution to 70 DEG C and stirring uniformly with a magnetic stirrer with heating, dropwisely adding ammonia water to regulate the pH value of the mixed solution to 1-3, drying in a drying oven at 110 DEG C for 2 hours to obtain a sol, heating in a muffle furnace until self-propagating combustion occurs, calcining at 800-950 DEG C for 2-3 hours t |
