Summary: | The invention provides a monopulse high-voltage level shifting and upper-pipe drive circuit which comprises a voltage control pulse generator, a high-voltage level shifting branch and an upper-pipe high-voltage driver, wherein the voltage control pulse generator is used for producing output signal circuit pulses by receiving upper-pipe drive input signals, the high-voltage level shifting branch is used for producing drive voltage by receiving the output signal circuit pulses, and the upper-pipe high-voltage driver is used for producing gate drive signals driving an upper pipe to work by receiving the drive voltage.
