The invention discloses a sampling control method applied in a vibrating screen mud tester. The sampling control method applied in the vibrating screen mud tester includes the steps: (a) enabling a central processing unit (CPU) to start an analog to digital (A/D) conversion command and then continually execute a main program; (b) enabling an A/D converter to work and complete A/D conversion; (c) sending an interrupt request to the CPU after the A/D conversion is finished, and enabling the CPU to stop working and read an A/D conversion result; (d) stopping the main program which is executed when the CPU responds to the request of the A/D converter, and enabling the CPU to automatically convert to execute a service subprogram which is used for reading a conversion result; and (e) enabling the CPU to continually execute the interrupted main program after the service subprogram used for reading the A/D conversion result is executed.
