Summary: | The invention provides a device and a method for angular measurement of a fiber array or a chip. The device for angular measurement of the fiber array or the chip comprises a three-dimensional retroreflector adjustment system, a four-dimensional light-emitted diode (LED) light source adjustment system and a screen table. After a retroflector is adjusted by the three-dimensional retroreflector adjustment system in three directions, positions of a cargo platform and the to-be-measured object, namely the fiber array (FA) or the chip can be confirmed, the light emitted from the light source system forms a light spot after being reflected by the retroflector perpendicular to the horizontal plane, an LED light source system is adjusted by the LED light source adjustment system in four directions to enable the light spot to enter into a light source hole, angle of the FA or the chip which corresponds to each light spot position is pre-computed and is marked on the screen table, when the LED light source system is a |
