The invention provides a control method for a three-dimensional display system. The method comprises capturing at least one characteristic point of a target object in a first time, and capturing at least one characteristic point of the target object in a second time. A mobile direction and a mobile speed of the target object are calculated according to the at least one characteristic points in the first time and the second time. A left-view image and a right-view image are projected to the target object, and the center points of the left-view image and the right-view image are deviated from the centerline of the target object.
