The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, processing a dispersant and NaCl to prepare a water phase; 2, processing styrene, an ester cross-linking agent, a pore forming agent, an adjusting agent and an initiator to prepare an organic phase; 3, successively adding the water phase and the organic phase into a reactor, stirring until the organic phase is dispersed in the water phase to proper particle sizes, and heating for reacting to obtain a resin intermediate; and 4, fully swelling the resin intermediate with an inert swelling agent, adding a Lewis acid catalyst, heating for reacting, cooling to room temperature, boiling off the swelling agent, washing, and drying.
