The invention discloses a chicken feed processing method and aims to provide a feed for treating intractable pullorum disease. The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: rice chaff and barium sulfate are mixed to prepare the chicken feed. The chicken feed processing method disclosed by the invention is operated according to the following steps of: (1) selecting the rice chaff which is not polluted and not mildewed; sterilizing and drying the rice chaff by using microwaves; (2) adding barium sulfate powder into the dried rice chaff and mixing uniformly to obtain an antidiarrheal feed, wherein the weight of the barium sulfate powder in the antidiarrheal feed is 10-15%; and (3) sealing and packaging the antidiarrheal feed. The technical scheme adopted by the invention is simple to operate; and the antidiarrheal feed has a low production cost, and has a fast speed for treating the intractable pullorum disease and good effect.
