Summary: | The invention provides a method for establishing a large-sized karst cave reservoir body distribution model of a fractured-vuggy carbonate rock reservoir, and belongs to the field of three-dimensional geologic modeling of carbonate rock reservoirs. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) identifying a large-sized karst cave reservoir body development section on a single well, wherein the large-sized karst cave reservoir body development section is an interval with large-sized karst cave reservoir bodies; (2) establishing a karst zone model in a perpendicular direction, and establishing a palaeogeomorphological unit distribution model on a plane; and (3) simulating the three-dimensional distribution of the large-sized karst cave reservoir bodies in different karst zones and palaeogeomorphological units respectively to obtain a three-dimensional large-sized karst cave reservoir body distribution model of a modeling target stratum.
