Summary: | The invention discloses a precision forging process for a fan-shaped forged piece. The fan-shaped forged piece is a fan-shaped worm gear which is one of parts in a high-voltage switch operating mechanism. The precision forging process comprises a step of preparing a bar stock; a step of heating the bar stock to 760 to 900 DEG C; a step of placing the bar stock into a pre-forming die, and forming pre-formed blank; a step of heating the pre-formed blank to 760 to 900 DEG C; and a step of placing the pre-formed blank into a final forming die, and forming a finally formed blank fan-shaped worm gear with an outer-circle flange and a center hole. The invention also discloses a large-angle fan-shaped worm gear and a small-angle fan-shaped worm gear, which are forged by the process, wherein the large-angle fan-shaped worm gear has a sector angle of 135 degrees, and the small-angle fan-shaped worm gear has a sector angle of 120 degrees.
