According to the male DNA contraceptive vaccine, a medicine loading ratio reaches more than 90%, and the nanoparticle is regular in shape and is near spherical. The male DNA contraceptive vaccine is capable of remarkably prolonging the in vivo and vitro release time of a medicine, protecting a DNA vaccine against degradation of nuclease, and greatly improving the immunological effect and the antifertility effect of the DNA contraceptive vaccine.
