The invention discloses a hydraulic trolley device for a stepped sintering machine and belongs to the field of metallurgy devices. The hydraulic trolley device is capable of intermittently pushing a trolley of the sintering machine to advance and is mainly used in a stepped sintering machine of a steel enterprise sintering factory. The hydraulic trolley device is characterized in that a guide device uses a rolling friction pair, a pushing head uses a buffering device, and an upper mounted type supporting wheel is used; the guide device uses the rolling friction pair so that rolling friction resistance is small, and the clamping stagnation phenomenon occurring in the process of advancing of the trolley is eliminated; the pushing head uses the buffering device so that when the trolley is intermittently pushed to advance, rigid impacting when the pushing head and a trolley body are contacted is buffered; and the upper mounted type supporting wheel is used so that a trolley traction machine can simultaneously mov
