An outer thread (7) of the spindle and an inner thread (9) of the nut comb with each other. The nut is associated to the piston, and the spindle is driven for axial displacement of the nut or the spindle is associated to the piston, and the nut is driven for axial displacement of the spindle. The inner thread has a flank (19) i.e. working flank, and a flank (20) i.e. return flank, which are asymmetrically aligned relative to each other. The return flank has a flat alignment. The spindle nut is made of plastic.
