Summary:The invention provides a fodder for preventing and treating large yellow croaker cryptocryon irritans disease and a manufacturing method of the fodder. The manufacturing method comprises the following processes of: drying and crushing raw material areca-nuts; extracting arecoline (the extraction pressure is 32-35 Mpa and the extraction temperature is 65-70 DEG C) by utilizing a supercritical carbon dioxide extraction technology; carrying out ultramicro crushing (wall crushing) on pumpkin seeds, wherein the fineness is more than 300 meshes; taking 2.1%-3.5% of the arecoline, 23%-26% of pumpkin seed powder, 2%-4% of vitamin C polyphosphate and 65%-72.9% of fish fodder to be mixed uniformly; granulating, cooling, metering and packaging for future use; and feeding the special fish fodder for 3-7 days before the cryptocryon irritans happen when the water temperature is 22-23 DEG C, so as to obtain the effect of preventing and treating the cryptocryon irritans disease; and then, utilizing a regular common fish fodd
