The invention provides an accelerated failure experimental method for a gas pressure regulator and an experimental device used by the experimental method. Through the method of monitoring pressure change of experimental medium on a side of an outlet of the measured gas pressure regulator placed in an environment with preset temperature, the measured gas pressure regulator is driven to carry out start and stop motion according to a control mode until the set experiment number is achieved or the measured gas pressure fails, so the experiment aim of measuring to accelerate failure of the measured gas pressure regulator is achieved.
