The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: putting a mushroom mycelium culture medium into a plastic bag; sterilizing, cooling and seeding; culturing until mycelium entirely becomes white and secretes liquid; getting the mycelium out of the plastic bag, putting a mycelium bag gotten out of the plastic bag into a container, and covering soil above the surface of the mycelium bag until the thickness of covered soil is 2-3 cm; and watering and keeping the soil humidity within 60-78%.
