The invention relates to the cable processing technology, in particular to a production method for coupled leakage cables. The technical scheme includes that the production method includes following steps sequentially: (1), preparing an inner conductor; (2), extruding an insulator, namely, feeding the inner conductor in an inner thin layer extruder to form an inner thin layer outside the inner conductor, forming an insulating layer through a foaming insulating layer extruder, and forming an outer thin layer outside the foaming insulating layer through an outer thin layer extruder; (3), preparing an outer conductor; (4), opening holes, namely uniformly arranged holes on annular protrusions on the annular corrugated copper pipe outer conductor; and (5), extruding a sheath, namely, utilizing a plastic extruder to enable sheath materials to be coated outside the outer conductor to form the sheath. The coupled leakage cables prepared by the method have smaller coupling loss.
