Summary: | The present invention provides a device for reconstructing from a single video frame based on multi-block super-resolution. An embodiment provides super-resolution method based on scale-invariant self-similarity. Different from searching high-resolution (HR) samples from a database or low-resolution (LR) image, the blocks can be selected according to the SiSS characteristics of the block according to the method of the embodiment. Therefore no search is related, and computing complicity of the method is reduced. For settling a problem of related sample leakage in natural images, multi-shape and multi-size blocks can be adopted for HR image reconstruction according to the method. Additionally, the embodiment can include a step of mixed weighting method for suppressing artifact. The method provided by the embodiment of the invention is faster than the super-resolution method based on block sample search for 10-1000 times, and a high HR image quality is obtained. |
