The invention provides an optical sensing system and optical sensing devices. The optical sensing system comprises optical media and a plurality of optical sensing devices, wherein each optical sensing device comprises a light condensing module, a light filtering module, a light homogenizing module and a light receiving module. According to the optical sensing system and the optical sensing devices, by virtue of the adjustment on the arrangement positions and the arrangement modes of the light filtering modules, the optical sensing system provided by the invention is more precise than the conventional optical sensing system, and the polarization of the optical sensing system is obviously reduced.
