The invention discloses reclaimed superglue and a production method thereof. The reclaimed superglue comprises the following components: 78.5-89.6 percent of waste rubber powder, 10-20 percent of pine tar, 0.2-0.5 percent of activating agent B-480 and 0.2-1.0 percent of rosin. The production method comprises the following steps of: carrying out disassembly, coarse crushing, magnetic separation, fine crushing, magnetic separation, screening and magnetic separation on waste tyres in sequence to obtain 10-30 meshes waste rubber powder; feeding the 10-30 meshes waste powder rubber into a desulfurization machine by using a feeder, spraying the pine tar, the activating agent B-480 and the rosin into the desulfurization machine by a dosing machine, stirring and mixing, and desulfurizing for 40-80min at 290-310 DEG C to obtain plastic glue; processing the plastic glue by using three open mills and a refining mill in sequence to obtain the reclaimed superglue, wherein the roller distance of each open mill is set to be
