The invention provides a method and a device for removing fragments in an electrode material, which fills the blank of a special device and method for washing electrode materials in the prior art. The method comprises the following steps of: suspending the electrode material in a water tank; supplying circulating water to the water tank; and filtering the fragments in the circulating water by a filter. The device comprises a water tank, a suspension device and a circulating pump, wherein at least one water inlet is formed in the wall of the water tank or a water tank cover, and at least one water outlet is formed in the bottom of the water tank; the suspension device is arranged in the water tank and is used for suspending the electrode material in the water tank; and the circulating pump is used for circulating washing water.
