The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a novel PVC pipe. The method comprises the following steps: mixing the raw materials, by weight: 90 parts of PVC plastic particles, 10-12 parts of nano calcium ion, 1-5 parts of titanium dioxide, 15-25 parts of dimethyl esters, 1-3 parts of a lubricant and 4-5 parts of a stabilizer, for 25-35 minutes; and adding the mixed raw materials in a one-time plasticating extruder for one-time plasticizing with a plasticizing temperature of 160-165 DEG C. The novel PVC pipe provided by the invention has the characteristics of energy saving, environmental protection and sanitation, and is a good-quality product to replace a black rubber tube; the pipe is convenient for irrigation and spraying, durable, acid resistant and corrosion resistant, while existing pipe does not have these characteristics; therefore, the novel PVC pipe can replace the currently used enhanced tube and plastic hose pipe, and has advantages of compression resistance, tensile resistance, UV resistanc
