Summary: | The invention discloses a supercritical CO2 extraction method of effective components in bamboo fungus spores. According to the method, the bamboo fungus spores are put in an extraction kettle; CO2 is introduced in the supercritical state; and the temperature is 35-50 DEG C, the pressure is 20-50 MPa and the time is 1-5h; bamboo fungus spore extractive containing CO2 fluid flowing from the extraction kettle enters a separation kettle; decompressed CO2 outflows from the upper part of the separation kettle; and the oily and paste bamboo fungus spore extractive outflows from the lower part of a decompression separator.
