The invention discloses a preparation method of microcapsule feed smaller than or equal to 1.8cm for rhubarb fry, which comprises the following steps: (I) the core material of the formula comprises imported fish meal, bean pulp, rapeseed meal, cuttlefish liver paste, flour and mineral substances, and the wall material of the formula comprises spirulina, fish oil, vitamins, gelatin and water; (II) the core material of the formula is subjected to puffing pretreatment and superfine grinding; (III) the wall material of the formula is homogenized through a colloid mill; (IV) microcapsule bait is prepared by a spray drying method; (V) the proportion of the wall material coating to the core material is (1-10):100; and (VI) the ratio of vitamin C polyphosphate to a chitosan solution for secondary coating is (2-10):100.
