Summary:The invention discloses a process for producing cold-bonded pellet by using fly ash in steel solid waste. The process comprises the following steps of: (I) collecting and storing the raw material containing fly ash in a raw material bin; arranging an ash discharge valve and a screw rod at a bottom outlet of the raw material bin so that the materials are mixed according to a weight ratio in the next process; (II) conveying the raw material into a mixer by a dedusting conveyor, adding normal-temperature water which is 7-10% of the raw material by weight into the mixer, and mixing; (III) feeding the uniformly mixed mixture into a digestion bin and wetting for 12-24 hours; (IV) conveying the digested and wetted mixture into a mixing mill, gradually injecting an organic pasty binder which is 5-3% of the mixture by weight into the mixing mill, and stirring uniformly; and (V) sequentially conveying the uniformly mixed mixture containing the binder into a ball press machine, pressing the mixture into balls according
