Summary: | The invention discloses a reaction technology using a moving bed technique to convert methanol into propylene. The reaction technology comprises the following steps of (1) mixing and heating the methanol raw material and the return hydrocarbon, leading the methanol raw material and the return hydrocarbon into a pre-reaction area to come into contact with a regeneration catalyst to carry out etherification reaction, and generating a primary product flow; (2) exchanging heats of the primary product flow and a thinner, leading the primary product flow into a main reaction area to carry out olefin preparation reaction with the primary carbon catalyst, and obtaining a secondary product flow rich in propylene from an outlet of the reactor; (3) sending the secondary product flow to a separation area, reacting the secondary product flow with dewatering and deoxidizing products, obtaining a propylene product and other byproducts, combining ethylene, part of C4 olefin, C4 paraffin, C5 hydrocarbon and C6 hydrocarbon as |
