The toothbrush comprises the bristles, a toothbrush head bottom plate and a toothbrush handle, wherein the toothbrush handle is connected with the toothbrush head bottom plate, the toothbrush head bottom plate is connected with the bristles, and the bristles are inclined towards the middle of the toothbrush head bottom plate and is trapezoidal upwards. According to the toothbrush, with the adoption of the trapezoidal inclined bristles, injury on the gingiva due to the outward bending of the bristles during tooth brushing is avoided; and simultaneously, due to a small upper area, the bristles are convenient to move up and down to clean crevices among teeth during the tooth brushing, and as the upper heads of the bristles are concentrated, the bristles are fast to clean the teeth, thus achieving the purpose of protecting the gingiva quickly and cleanly.
