According to the method, the high gradient electromagnetic adsorber is adopted to carry out absorption removing on the iron base materials in the hydrogenation raw oil, such that a process is simple, material consumption is low, waste residue can not be produced, and secondary pollution generation is avoided; and a filtration effect is significant and can be more than 99.5%, and performance price ratio is high.
