Summary: | The invention discloses a method for preparing a high molecular weight poly(L-lactide-co-caprolactone) random copolymer. The method comprises the following steps of: preparing high-purity L-lactide(L-LA); and performing ring opening copolymerization on L-lactide and purified epsilon-caprolactone in the presence of a proper amount of stannous octoate to polymerize for a certain time under a certain temperature, so as to prepare the high molecular weight poly(L-lactide-co-caprolactone) random copolymer.
