Summary: | The invention provides a method for detecting biological activities of immune regulation polysaccharides and nucleic acids, which belong to the technical field of biological detection. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) taking a polysaccharide or nucleic acid sample and preparing a polysaccharide or nucleic acid solution; 2) taking a THP-1 cell and adjusting cell density to 105-106 cells/ml; 3) taking a cell sap obtained in the step 2), adding the cell sap to the polysaccharide or nucleic acid solution in the step 1), enabling the final concentration of the polysaccharide or nucleic acid to reach 10 micrograms to 20 mg/ml, and then culturing the polysaccharide or nucleic acid; 4) taking a culture obtained in the step 3), centrifuging the culture and collecting a cell supernatant; and 5) taking the cell supernatant obtained in the step 4), detecting IFN(Interferon)-alpha concentration by using an ELASA (Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay) method.
