The erection height of the overhanging scaffold is 19.5m; #18 I-shaped steels are adopted as horizontal overhanging rods at an overhanging section; #12.6 channel steels as inclined supports are arranged below the horizontal overhanging rods; steel plate embedded parts of 10mm are welded below the inclined supports; the overhanging scaffolds are arranged at intervals of 1.5m; the steel tube frame above the overhanging scaffolds is erected in accordance with the requirements on a structure frame that the step distance is 1.80m, the transverse distance is 1.05m, the longitudinal distance is 1.5m, and the distance is identical to the distance of a shape steel overhanging scaffold, so that vertical rods can all be supported on the horizontal overhanging rods of the shape steel overhanging scaffold; the horizontal overhanging rods are all put on the floor and are fixed with the floor by using
