Summary:The invention relates to a cooling member to be interposed between battery cells to remove heat generated by the battery cells during charging/discharging, comprising: a plate-type heat-dissipating fin interposed between the battery cells such that both sides of the heat-dissipating fin tightly contact respective battery cells; and a refrigerant pipe having a hollow interior for the flow of refrigerant therethrough, which thermally contacts the heat-dissipating fin and which is arranged outside portions of the battery cells for accommodating electrode assemblies when the heat-dissipating fin is interposed between the battery cells.
