Summary:The invention provides a method for recycling vanadium and chromium from low-concentration pentavalent vanadium and hexavalent chromium mixed liquor. The method includes the steps: adjusting the mixed liquor to be strongly acidic and accordingly enabling pentavalent vanadium and hexavalent chromium in the mixed liquor to exist in the forms of VO2+ and Cr2O72-; selectively adsorbing vanadium in the liquor by strongly acidic cation exchange resin to obtain vanadium containing resin and chromium containing liquor; desorbing the vanadium containing resin to obtain vanadium containing desorption liquor; settling vanadium of the vanadium containing desorption liquor to obtain ammonium polyvanadate; treating the ammonium polyvanadate to prepare vanadium pentoxide; and treating the chromium containing liquor to prepare chromium trioxide. The method can be used for directly separating and recycling the vanadium and the chromium from the low-concentration pentavalent vanadium and hexavalent chromium mixed liquor, is be
