The invention discloses a simple method for judging the B2 blood type in a Langshan, which comprises the following steps of: analyzing the genetic polymorphism of two seats MHC(major histocompatibility complex)-I and MHC-IV of a Langshan MHC gene by the fluorescence labeling microsatellite sequence-based typing technology; according to the size of an allele, carrying out blood type typing on the Langshan; preliminarily judging the blood type of the Langshan; then preparing the specific antibody serum of the B2 blood type in the steps of isoimmunization, purification and the like; and finally, quickly judging a B2 blood type individual according to a red cell agglutination reaction result. The simple method for judging the B2 blood type in the Langshan, which is disclosed by the invention, has the characteristics of high specificity, simplicity in operation and high repeatability, and a technical support and an application reference are provided for judging the blood type of the indigenous chicken.
