Abstract | The invention relates to a method for preparing high-activity lactic acid bacteria by using granulation lyophilization. The method belongs to the technical field of lactobacillus preparation. The method is characterized by comprising the steps: adding protective agents formed by proportionally mixing 5% by mass percent of trehalose solutions and 10% by mass percent of skimmed milk solutions in the prepared lactobacillus bacterial mud, and the volume percent of the zymotic fluid of the protective agents occupies 10%; atomizing the lactobacillus bacteria suspension which is mixed adequately to form drops; spraying into a collecting container of a refrigerating chamber of 60 DEG C below zero to 100 DEG C below zero for refrigerating granulation; continually blowing liquid nitrogen of 196 DEG C below zero into the refrigerating chamber from the side surface of the refrigerating chamber; and fast collecting lactobacillus grains which are refrigerated fast after a spraying process for vacuum refrigerating and dryin |
