Summary:The invention discloses a radiating device which is used for radiating a central processor and a display card of an electronic device; the radiating device is provided with a power line and an electric connector connected to a power line; the electric connector is matched with a power connector of a power supply unit of the electronic device; a clamping piece corresponding to the power connector is further arranged on the radiating device, the electric connector is clamped on the buckling piece and corresponds to the power connector. By arranging the buckling piece on the radiating device, the electric connector is clamped on the buckling piece and corresponds to the power connector; therefore, the radiating device is beneficial to conveniently and quickly plug the electric connector to the power cnnector.
