The device for buffering the teletext data comprises a decoding module, a filtering module, a first buffer, a second buffer and a display, wherein the decoding module is used for decoding teletext data packets, sequentially stores the teletext data packets into the first buffer and sends the teletext data packets to the filtering module; the filtering module is used for organizing the teletext data packets with the same page number, stores the teletext data packets as a data aggregate and then sends the data aggregate to the second buffer; and the second buffer is used for sending the data aggregate to the display for display. Therefore, the double-buffer device is high in processing speed and can avoid data packet loss and display delay.
