The invention discloses a roller and compression roller type oil pumping device with a non-metallic counterweight box. The device is mainly composed of a roller type reducer, a compression roller, a driven roller, a counterweight box and a rack. One end of an open belt is wound around the roller type reducer, the compression roller and the driven roller successively to be connected with the counterweight box; and the other end of the open belt is connected with an oil pumping rod which is connected with a rod body of an oil pump. A motor drives the open belt to perform reciprocating motion through the roller type reducer, and the open belt pulls the oil pumping rod and the counterweight box simultaneously to perform up-down reciprocating motion on two sides of the rack. The structure is simple, the cost is low, and the belt does not slide, and the compression roller and an adjusting bolt solve the problem of the sliding of the belt due to the insufficient friction between the roller outer cylindrical surface
