The invention discloses anti-corrosion acid-resistant glue for a wet-process desulfurization chimney. The anti-corrosion acid-resistant glue comprises the following components in percentage by weight: component A: 20-60% of asphalt, 10-50% of polyatomic alcohol, 2-40% of viscosifying resin, 10-50% of inorganic acid-resistant filler, 2-20% of rheological additive, 0.01-1% of catalyst and 5-10% of solvent; and component B: 3-10% of polyisocyanate. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the anti-corrosion acid-resistant glue for the wet-process desulfurization chimney. The invention has the beneficial effects that the anti-corrosion acid-resistant glue contains a little amount of solvent, the influence of the solvent to the health of staffs and the pollution of the solvent to the environment are greatly reduced; and the inner part of the chimney is relative-closed environment and over-high solvent solubility in the air has influence on the construction safety.
