The invention provides a dynamic matching front-end audio code rate recording and broadcasting method. The method comprises the following steps: terminal equipment filters an audio data package sent by a digital front-end encoder through a PES (Packetized Elementary Streams) package filter of the terminal equipment per se and plays the audio data package which is recorded and broadcasted; in the recording process, the audio data package is written into data blocks of a data buffering zone; and in the broadcasting process, the serial numbers of the data blocks are read, the data blocks with valid serial numbers are sent to a digital audio decoder, and the digital audio decoder sleeps according to the length task of the time interval between the write-in of the data block and the write-in of the next data block.
