Summary:The invention relates to a glossing device and an image forming device. A paper (P) is carried out image fixing by a heating roller (36) and a pressing roller (40) and is pressed when passing through a clamp portion. and is heated by a glossing belt (30) to enable a fusing toner to connect with the glossing belt (30) in a seal manner and enable the toner to convey with the paper (P). The glossing belt (30) is contacted with cooling jackets (42,43) and is cooled with motion. Toner image in the melting state is cured. A surface of a fixing image is smoothed following a surface of the glossing belt (30) and is endowed with glossing. The second roller is disposed parallel to the first roller.
