The portable integrated measurement apparatus comprises a measuring navigation collecting module, a processing module and a display module, wherein the measuring collecting module is used for ship water navigation, measuring and collecting marine-related data, and sending the measured and collected data to the processing module; the processing module is used for performing the transmitted data from the measuring collecting module to generate a result map, and further sending the generated result map to the display module; and the display module is used for displaying the result map transmitted from the processing module. The apparatus can simultaneously cooperate with a marine gravitometer, a marine magnetometer and a depthometer, employs navigation data acquisition software to perform centralized collection for gravity, magnet, water depth and locator data, can complete data processing and result map
