Summary:The invention provides a preparation method for a collagen tissue engineering skin. The method comprises the following steps: a, extracting collagen; b, compounding collagen with chitosan, c, compounding collagen with PLGA (plasminogen), arranging a PLGA three-dimensional bracket in a mold, injecting collagen till the collagen immerses the bracket, freezing at (-20) DEG C, wherein the PLGA three-dimensional bracket is formed by PLGA liquid via static spinning according to the specification of the mold, subjecting the frozen mold to a vacuum freezing drying so as to obtain a composite bracket consisting of collagen-chitosan and PLGA. The artificial skin prepared according to the preparation method can be used for various wound repairing, is excellent in biocompatibility, can replace autologous skin graft, and is wide in application and broad in prospect.
