Summary:The invention discloses a method for producing copper sulfate with high grade in a short time, comprising the following steps: A, preparing the copper sulfate into the copper sulfate solution with the volume percent of 30-50%; B, adding an oxidizing agent, wherein the oxidizing agent is the mixture of hydrogen peroxide and ammonium persulfate; C, adding a precipitating agent, wherein the precipitating agent is the mixture of sodium carbonate and sodium oxalate; D, evaporating a filtrate obtained in the step C by filtering; E, concentrating and crystallizing; and F, filtrating a cooling liquid obtained in the step E for 25-35 minutes. The grade of the product which is the copper sulfate produced by adopting the method meets the requirement of the grade-two product in the industrial standard YS/T94-2007, and the copper sulfate can bring good economic benefits to the mining companies.
