The invention relates to the technical field of stirring devices, and particularly relates to a stirrer structure, which comprises a pedestal, and a support frame disposed on the pedestal; a case and a hemi-toroidal support are respectively disposed on the top part and the middle part of one side of the support frame; a cylinder is fixed on the hemi-toroidal support; a stirrer is disposed in the cylinder; the upper end of the stirrer is connected with an output shaft of a rotation motor disposed in the case through a rotation shaft; a safety hood is disposed between the case and the cylinder; the stirrer structure also comprises a control panel which is disposed at the upper part of the support frame; a wire hole is disposed at the upper part of the support frame; a wire one is disposed in the wire hole; the control panel is electrically connected with the rotation motor through the wire one. The invention has the advantages of reasonable structure arrangement, high safety factor, good stirring effect, and the like.
