Summary:A hearing aid comprising a power supply (8), at least one microphone (11) and a base part (1) to be arranged outside the ear canal of a hearing aid user where the base part comprises signal processing means (23). The hearing aid also comprise an ear plug part (2) to be arranged in the ear canal of a hearing aid user, the ear plug part comprises a receiver (10) for transmitting sound into the ear canal, and the ear plug part comprises a transducer (11) generating a signal to be transferred to said base part (1). The hearing aid further comprises a databus (15) connecting said ear plug part (2) with the base part (1). The databus (15) comprises two electrical wires (16, 17) adapted for transmission of signal to the receiver (10), and for transmission of signal from the transducer (11) to the base part (1) and the databus (15) being adapted for providing power supply either from the base part to the ear plug part, or, from the ear plug part to the base part, through said two electrical wires (16, 17).
