Summary:The invention provides a preparation method of instant artemisia food. The preparation method includes that washing stems of the artemisia by clean water, airing, cutting into artemisia sections with the length of 0.5-2cm, embedding in sauce, pickling naturally, removing redundant sauce from the pickled artemisia after pickling, adding different condiments, making different tastes such as sour type, spicy type and sauce flavor type, and obtaining the instant food.
