The invention discloses a hoisting method of a steel-structured spraying layer of a urea prilling tower. According to the hoisting method, lifting upper hoisting points are arranged on lifting crossbeams at the top of the concrete tower wall of the urea prilling tower, hydraulic lifters are arranged at the positions of upper hoisting points on the lifting crossbeams, every two adjacent upper hoisting points are arranged on one same lifting crossbeam, and a box-shaped steel cushion beam is additionally arranged between the lifting crossbeams and the top of a concrete tower wall ring beam; lifting lower hoisting points are arranged at the tops of steel truss lower chords, the lifting upper hoisting points and the lifting lower hoisting points at a corresponding position are arranged on one same vertical line, every two adjacent parallel steel truss lower chords are supported by one box-shaped lower support beam, a lower anchor plate is fixed at the lower part of each lower support beam, steel strands are connec
